If you can not find your answer here, we recommend visiting the message board (forum) and using the search function. The next step is to request the information in your community by posting your issue in a new message board thread. Other people with the same problem will be thankful on this.

Web Portal Usage FAQ
I do not like the default password. How do I change it?
Go to the
dock (top right of the page), click My Account. There you can adapt your user profile and reset your password.
What are Communities
Communities are collections of Users who have a common interest. The default pages are in the Guest community, because everyone — whether they are anonymous or members of the portal — has a common interest in the default, public pages of your site. There are three types of Communities:
An Open Community allows portal users to join and leave the Community whenever they want to, provided they have access to a Communities portlet from which to do this. A Restricted Community requires that users be added to the
Community by a community administrator. Users may use the Communities portlet to request membership. A Private community is just like a Restricted community, with the added concept that it does not allow user requests at all.
My Community in the
dock holds your personal public page also known as profile page .
This is where other users get a summary to your person for example:
- Your Photo
- Friends
- Jira Issue Tracker activities
- Communities
- Wall for messages and notes
- Activities in the communities
To access your profile page move your mouse over the dock, select My Places -> My Community -> Public Pages.
How can I join or leave other project communities?
Move your mouse over the
dock, select My Places -> My Community -> Public Pages.
On top of your public pages there are your communities listed.
Now select the Available Communities tab where you can click the "join" button on the right side.
I do not like the default password. How do I change it?
When you are connected to the Modelling or Metamodelling Environment via RDP RemoteApps you can press the key STRG+ALT+END combination. You can change your password there. Due to the Single-Sign On Feature there is no need to change another password for the toolkit.
You can access your personal computer from the RDP Environment. Open the Administration Toolkit and open the Library Management component. There click Import to import an existing library. Use the drop-down menu from the file browser window and see the bottom of the list. There your local drives should occur. Select the library file you need and click import. Now the library should be accessible in the library list. Do not forget to assign a user to the library so that it can be used.
More information will be available by time. If you still have unanswered questions, have a look in our forums and start a thread in there.
