Participants in the Open Model Initiative are either companies or individuals. There are mainly two types of roles that can be distinguished: the “users”, to whom we count everyone who at least takes a look at a model, tool or modeling technique of the Open Model Initiative, and the “developers”, who are explicitly working on the development of a solution.
